ALLANTE’ TECH SESSION- SEPTEMBER 17, 2011

   We met for breakfast at EggHarbor in Alpharetta, GA.  After breakfast, we drove to the Vopelak’s home for the tech session and BBQ lunch.  Everyone was asked to send Doug a list of questions and/or topics they would like to discuss.  A new member was having problems with letting his top up and down.  The guys gathered round and did a hands on demo for him. Doug told everyone about the latest news from Dick Hussey and updated parts that are getting harder to find for the Allantes.

   It was a beautiful afternoon and the ladies enjoyed visiting on the Vopelaks’ lovely sun porch.   In the afternoon, we enjoyed a delicious meal of BBQ, deviled eggs, baked beans, etc. and of course dessert.

   It was an informative and fun day for our group. We are heading for our Fall cruise in October to the Chattanooga-Pikeville Tn. Area. Looking forward to some beautiful scenery and great fun.
