ALLANTE’ TRIP APRIL 19TH
SPRING IS HERE! We had our first “top-down” cruise of 2008. We met at Piccadilly for breakfast. Then we headed north for a visit to Cloudland Canyon which is a very unique spot. The panoramic views are spectacular of the canyon, the mountains and waterfalls. Some of the more adventurous in the group walked down to the waterfall for some photos. The walk back up was not as much fun! From here, we went into Chattanooga. We had lunch at a very interesting place 212 Restaurant on Market, the first green restaurant in Chattanooga. The food was great and the service excellent for a group of 16. We had such fun eating, catching up on each other’s activities and planning for our next events that it was too late in the afternoon for sightseeing. We parted ways full and happy as usual and looking forward to the BPOC car show in May and our trip to Charleston in June. Many thanks to Paula for her hard work in keeping our events well planned and to the many members who reward her with their participation.
