ALLANTE’ BREAKFAST MEETING

  We are trying new breakfast places in an effort to find a permanent location that will be as convenient as possible for all members to attend.  Saturday, we went to Mimi’s Café in Dunwoody. It was a beautiful place and the food was scrumptious. Bill and Doris Cardwell joined us and we learned it was Bill’s 84’th birthday! Congratulations and best wishes to Bill and to Doris whose birthday is next week.

  Eleven members attended the breakfast and we discussed upcoming events including a change of venue for the tech session in September as the Jacksons have a schedule conflict. Also, in September several of us have made reservations for the national Allante’ event in Myrtle Beach sponsored by the Cadillac Allante’ Club. Since Thomas lives in the mid town area, he is going to give us some ideas for breakfast places to try.  Of course, we are all very excited about the fall cruise to Tennessee in October and it sounds like it is going to be a real fun time.
