Little River Canyon

  We had breakfast at Shoney’s in cartersville, Ga., where we celebrated Bill Cardwell’s birthday with hot fudge cake for breakfast! It is never too early for us to celebrate especially with food. from there we cruised to Little River canyon falls where we took the wooded path down for a closer view of the falls and canyon. We proceeded through the park stopping at various scenic overlooks with breathtaking views of the mountians and canyon.

  In Dog Town, AL we experienced a culinary surprise with a delightfully tasty BB-Q lunch with all the trimmings and homemade pie. Full again and back on the road, we cruised to gadsden, AL home of the legendary Noccalula Falls with more incredible views and the bonus of a car show being held on the park grounds. On to our last stop in Cave Springs, Ga for shopping and sweet treats at the Fudge Shoppe. Leaving Cave Springs, we headed for home via “Booger Holler Rd” which gave us a chuckle ending our day on a happy note.
